On identical specs (same materials, hardware, finish, design complexity) we usually beat downtown Toronto pricing by 10-20%. The build is the same quality — our overhead is Barrie-based rather than King West-based, which is where the difference comes from.
How does the install schedule work from Barrie?+
Same as for a Simcoe County install. Cabinetry is pre-built in our workshop and delivered to your home on a scheduled day; install runs 2-5 days. We coordinate the move-in / move-out of appliances with you and the trades.
